I have to be honest: this was the worst Pad Thai I've eaten so far. I've only ever eaten vegan Pad Thai, so I can only compare within that category, but I have had the privilege to have eaten this classic dish many times in restaurants

Thor and I spent a morning in Lisbon before heading to Maria and Mario’s wedding in Badajoz. We stared the day with some wonderful vegan breakfast at Manjerica. It was a small cozy place close to the main square in Lisbon. The cafe was filled with mostly other tourists
